Our custom designed 900 sq ft home is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom and 1 bath. There is a full kitchen with granite counter tops and a living area. Private back yard on the Eagle River. Great view of the cliffs and river. Minturn is the historic town of the Vail Valley and the home is located between Vail and Beaver Creek 6 miles to either resort. Great hiking and biking right out the door. The back yard and the river are what make this house special.
