Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Punta Mita is a private gated community. To the Homeowners Association, security & safety is the primary concern for both owners and guests. You will be asked by security to show your passports upon your initial entry into the property. No one will be allowed onto the property that hasn't been added to the list by a member of Peak2Peak.
