There is a fully furnished kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, double hot plate, toaster oven, etc. There is plenty of storage, a closet, and a small desk area. There is a small TV. The bathroom is large, colorful and features custom tile work throughout. The bedroom opens out onto an outside patio under a palapa roof, with comfortable lounge chairs and a dining area, as well as an ocean view. It is private and completely separate from the upper house. There is off street parking.Casa Coco is a gorgeous ocean view one bedroom home, and studio apartment completed 5 years ago.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
