Welcome to Casa Coco, our custom designed one-bedroom getaway complete with standout features like a thatched palapa roof. Located in the coveted North Beach neighborhood, our home sits 100 feet above the beach – and has the stunning ocean views to prove it.

-You’re a three-minute walk from the beach and a ten-minute stroll from the main plaza, where you’ll find authentic cafes and restaurants centered around a vibrant park.

-The property has 3 units, which can be rented together to sleep 5 in 2 bedrooms and 2 baths—the perfect setup for two couples or a small family. 

-The property is owner-managed and very secure.  No smoking is allowed inside under roof.  This house is lovingly maintained with attention to detail.

P2P is family owned & operated. It was founded in 2007 and stems from the owner and manager’s love of travel. They’ve had the great fortune to experience many exotic and diverse travel opportunities. Drawing on their favorite destinations, they sought to share those with others around the world…and with the same level of accommodations they enjoy.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
